How it is calculated

The simulator applies VocalReception’s public price list, with no discount and no hidden option. Human answering service prices come from each provider’s public pricing page (France).

Formula

Billed minutes = calls per month × call length rounded up to a whole minute
Overage = max(0, billed minutes − 400) × €0.25
Variable spending = overage + SMS × €0.10
Monthly total = €79 + variable spending, limited to the cap if greater than 0
Cost per call = monthly total ÷ calls per month
First invoice = €199 setup + monthly total
First year = 12 × monthly total + €199 − €199 credit after 6 paid months
Human answering service = monthly plan + calls beyond the plan × price per call

All prices exclude VAT. The annual estimate assumes the same usage every month.
Every call is billed per started minute. An average cannot exactly represent calls of different lengths.
The plan includes 400 minutes. The cap covers overage and SMS, excluding the plan and setup; 0 means no cap.
Setup: €199 paid at launch, then deducted from the invoice following 6 paid months.
